Mom-Grandma – In the house it is cool and comfortable, it is just being in direct sun. Even in dead winter, I can go outside in the sun to “warm up”! And, a few hours after I posted, a few clouds came and it dropped to 65 degrees. We don’t have AC in this house and I can’t remember a day thinking we needed it.

Ruth – So far the ferby pencils are working out great! I think these will be our new everyday artistic mediums. Next time I will get full size and 18 set (or more if they have it). I’ve heard nothing but good stuff about these.

That snake is too cute! We have been using our ferby pencils for 9 months now and they are still in great shape. A few of the better-loved ones are about 2/3 size now. I bought the 18 pencil set in full size. I’m expecting to get at least a couple more years out of them before I have to replace any. Definitely worth the investment!!
