But times are tougher this year so I must sell the things I am not using. In 2010 things should be a bit easier, so maybe I can re-purchase their 1.8 versions. Zoom lenses drive me crazy, though my husband loves them. I wouldn’t have been able to sacrifice that lens — but then, I’m all about the prime lenses. However I must be satisfied with a 1.8. I'm discovering using it that the zoomy lens makes me lazy, but the 50mm is often too zoomed, especially given the crop of a cheaper SLR. I lust after a 1.4!
