Games are so fun. We have Rat A Tat and have loved playing it over and over. When we first started playing, Ella (then 6) would beat us all. Great way to build math skills.

My husband and I had a hard time playing Candyland, although Satori loves it! I wish Satori had a sibling… Good to know about the logic games, I am really getting into them myself actually. I’m addicted to ThinkFun Shape By Shape right now. I have Rush Hour Jr. to start Satori on. Cover Your Tracks looks great, adding it to my cart now!

We do have Hullabaloo! It was in the garage, as I brought it to a party once and forgot to bring it in. I didn’t know there was a DVD version… It does look very cool and would work better than the toy thing that we couldn’t hear well at the loud party! I’ll be on the lookout for that version, it looks like it isn’t for sale new anymore. Just like Cranium Balloon Lagoon is hard to find (which I just found used at a good price).

Our two love Candyland. They play it together all the time. Another that they really enjoy is the Bingo set by Leap Frog. It has several different categories of cards–animals, shapes, numbers, addition, etc that work with the same spinner. My 4 yo plays Rush Hour and Cover Your Tracks, both single player games (logic).
