Glad you're find some things that works and made decisions to stop whatever doesn't. We used OPGTR and simple Bob books, primarily for reading and it worked great. I found using too many sources was more of a head ached. I've been thinking about getting the Building foundations book for science and would interested in your thoughts on it.

Wow, our homeschools are very similar; we use a lot of the same curricula. I'm really enjoying your blog, except that you make a lot of great book recommendations and I just keep adding things to my wishlist! :)

Hi Angela,
Your progress looks awesome. I was wondering, do you plan to school year round? I have been thinking about it, and the thought of taking an extended break kind of scares me. I don't want her to forget and regress, so I was thinking I will keep it lighter in the summer.
